1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the services provided by Eco Green Tree and Debris LLC ("Eco Green Tree and Debris," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting an estimate, or hiring us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services

We provide tree and debris services, which may include tree removal, emergency and storm work, hurricane proofing and trimming, palm trimming, stump grinding, tree and debris cleanup, hauling, sod, and mulching. The specific work for your job is what we agree to in your estimate or work order.

3. Estimates and quotes

Estimates are based on the conditions we can see at the time and are not a final contract until both sides agree on the scope and price in writing. If conditions change once work begins, for example hidden hazards, additional trees, access problems, or unforeseen site conditions, the price or scope may need to be adjusted, and we will discuss any changes with you.

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the estimate, or 30 days if no period is stated.

4. Scheduling, weather, and cancellations

Tree work depends on weather and safe conditions. We may reschedule jobs for storms, high winds, or other safety reasons. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as far in advance as you can. Deposits or fees for cancellations, if any, will be stated on your estimate or work order.

5. Payment

Payment is due as stated on your estimate or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due upon completion of the work. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to fees and collection costs to the extent allowed by law.

6. Property access and your responsibilities

To let us work safely and efficiently, you agree to:

• Confirm you own the property or have authority to approve the work, including any HOA or neighbor permissions needed.
• Point out property lines, septic systems, irrigation, invisible fencing, and anything underground we should avoid.
• Provide clear access to the work area and move vehicles, furniture, and valuables out of the way.
• Tell us about known hazards on the property before work begins.

7. Permits and utilities

Some work may require permits or utility coordination. We will let you know what we believe is needed, but you are responsible for confirming and obtaining any permits required for your property unless we agree in writing to handle them. Always have utility lines located before any digging or grinding work.

8. Limitation of liability

We carry insurance and work carefully, but to the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Our website is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Tree work involves living things and natural conditions we cannot fully predict, and we do not warrant that any tree will survive trimming or that a property will be free of future tree or storm damage. Any service warranties we offer will be stated in writing on your work order.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and costs arising out of your breach of these terms, your failure to disclose hazards or obtain permissions, or your misuse of the website, to the extent allowed by law.

11. Communications consent

By contacting us or providing your phone number, you agree that we may call, text, and email you about your request and services. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for details.

12. Website content

The content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission.
